CPD Subscription Terms & conditions:

  • By purchasing the CPD subscription package you agree to the 12 months CPD subscription package, running from November 2016 until October 2017
  • 100% Cancellation fee will apply when CPD subscription package is cancelled during the 12 month period
  • This CPD subscription packages does not include your Membership fee
  • Your reference on your payment must be your invoice number
  • Once off CPD subscription package:
    • Payment is due within 7 days of purchasing the package
    • Your invoice will be cancelled if no payment is received within 7 days
  • Monthly debit order:
    • You are required to make 1st payment via EFT/Cash deposit, payment is due within 7 days from purchasing the CPD package
    • Invoice will be cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days
    • You will be required to sign a debit order form for the 11 remaining months of the CPD subscription
    • No credit cards can be accepted for the monthly debit order
    • Your debit order will roll over in November 2017, if you wish to cancel your debit order you need to inform us in writing at accounts@thesait.org.za
  • Your invoice will indicate the full amount for 12 Months

WHY REGISTER WITH SAIT?

Section 240A of the Tax Administration Act, 2011 (as amended) requires that all tax practitioners register with a recognized controlling body before 1 July 2013. It is a criminal offense to not register with both a recognized controlling body and SARS.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO REGISTER
